I encountered a strange bug last night while I was playing. When I went to lunge1 at an enemy as it was attempting to run away I got the message "This attack cannot be used with this weapon." I figured it was some kind of VK nerf so I unequiped my weapon and tried again and got the same message. Am I just bugged or are other people experiencing this same problem?

I'd just double check to make sure the macro isn't trying to execute a lunge other than unarmed lunge. Maybe it got mixed up auto-magically. If you hover the pointer over it does is show a tip that says /unarmedlunge1 ?

I'll have to check that, but I did drag it right off the skills panel, so unless the game screwed that up too I'd assume it is using an unarmed lunge. But I guess if no one else is having that problem I'll just have to open up a CSR ticket, wait a week, and then be told they can't do anything... :-/

I noticed that as well; also there is a post in the brawler forums regarding this. Looks like the brawler correspondant is looking into the problem.

yeah, i was on TC lunging away, never KD's my target at all. I was using advanced lunge from Fencer as well.

Lunge working on P18 Live.

not working so i use leg sweep, does damage but dosn't KD i reported this while on TC but...ya

Yes Lunge is broken.. As it is a brawler skill I forgot to post here........sorry

Yikes ... picked the wrong guys to test on. Too bad this doesnt work.

If using in the proper range, 7m - 9m the KD effect does not work. I've tested this with several different characters on several different servers. Bria, Chimaera, Bloodfin, Corbantis, Ahazi, and Farstar.

Ok so this wasn't just me... Hopefully this will be fixed ASAP, this is a swordsman main move IMHO..
