A strictly useful answer is no, but that in and of itself is little help. The next big publish is scheduled for 2 days from now. I think that it's best to see what happens with "balance" (nerf), defenses ...etc in the patch before you address effective krayt hunting strategies.
I think the best you can hope for is tanking one while another player kills it. The best I have done is tanking 2 50k night sisters while a MBH did the damage. He managed to kill one and had the other down to 5k health before I died. I used 70% ubese, PB,doc, food and spice buffs... should have got a dancer buff.
The main problem would be keeping yourself alive and finding time to do 300k damage. Cant see any TKM doing this as keeping yourself alive vs high lvl mobs is a full time job. Intimadate, blind, stun,warcry, cure status effects, heal damage and cure posion/disease if need be repeat for as long as you can.If you want to solo them go commando. Stack fire, bleeds and a small fortune in RL also helps if there is faction base full of troops near by.Even that will be a long shot after the next patch.
/sigh i tried to reply to your post this morning when the servers first went down but someting buggy happened with the boards and it did not post. it was quite a long post but here is a summary of what i suggested.
if you are looking to solo creatures as powerful as Krayt Dragons a good combo to try would be:
Master TKA
Master Smuggler
Master Pistoleer
yes you can have all three mastered at the same time and have3 points left over that you cannot do anything with.
even if the combat defences stop stacking and the DoTs change, you have a full range of high damage attacks at your disposal try a combo like this:
Bleed Shot
Last Ditch
Low Blow
Panic Shot
Panic Shot
Panic Shot
Feign Death
let the bleed run out
rinse
repeat
once the critter is down to about 10-20k you can TKA them into oblivion (maybe)
you will need to be fully Master Doctor buffed and fully Master Dancer buffed and even then, i am not sure it will work. you see the Devs are trying to make sure that no single player can kill creatures like Krayts.

i understand that i am playing a mMorpg, but i also understand that they are taking money right out of my bank account every month so i can play the game. it bothers me that i am paying to play a game that i cannot FULLY play solo, but then i AM paying so what does that tell you?

once my holo-grind is done, i am going to give this very templatea try to see how it works for me. if it does not do what i would like then i am going to do something like:
Master TKA
Master Smuggler
Medic 3/2/2/0
Scout 4/0/0/1
a less powerful character, but MUCH more well rounded with the ability to heal, camp, and with terrain negotiation missing from the tripple master template
