Ive seen sevarl TKA's wearing 2 rings and a belt but I always for get to ask. What do they do and where can i get them?

Loot on Talus, the akkauran's cave, dont hv the WP though coz I am at work 
Guess you can get them from mission as well

Are they worth anything? I mean do they do anything besides make you look good?

I know the belt have some defense stuff. The ring as well but I dont know exactly

I have a belt has +10 disease resistance on it, sorta worthless seeing as I hardly see any combat medics on my server.

The ring has a +5 melee defense bound on it
Correction, that is +5 ranged defense
There's also a +10 bleed resist shirt, a +10 poison resist cloak. Haven't seen anything else yet though

My memory doesn't serve me well..it's even better with a +5 ranged defense.
Sorry for this fauls information..and my character wear this ring :/

well apparently you can wear 2 of those rings.... +10 ranged defense for a TKA would be pretty cool coming from something that doesnt have any encumberance and doesnt take up any normal clothing slots....
