Thread: How to become a VERY HAPPY TKA
CONFORM and go Pistoleer! When 4 of their 6 MAJOR CONCERNS are Holsters, Gun Twirl move, Weapon Certs and Duel wielding. It seems clear the Developers all play Pistoleers, IMO.
*CRIES* I had hoped that SWG wouldn't have "the best spec or class" as most games do bit Pistoleer seems way ahead of the rest of them. AND the Developers answers seem to want to improve the class even more.

It's message is stale and pointless.
Good for pistoleers, they have things set upwell enough to add flourishes.
I understand that we need work, and the devs just gave us a peek at a few changes.

Um.... Au-Scorpion. Its you who needs to take a break and understand that its players like Archon007 who have a right to vent their anger on these boards.
I have nothing wrong with trying to work things out with Holocron and the devs but please dont forget that this major break through of us TKAs hearing from a Holocron was brought about because of those who took the time to protest the total nerf to the teras kasi profession all the while the people with the so called positive out lookon TKA and the new patch took the time to make posts calling us whiners and as it stands it look likes Holocron and the devs are only going to replace the current nerf with another nerf.

LOL! Just when I thought that pistoleers couldn't possibly get anymore rediculous. And people think that our requests are outrageous?

although I'd like to see fencers use two swords, two pistols, two knucklers etc since we have two hands 
I switched to pistoleer too and my SWG angst lvl decreased dramatically. Now I might be able to help my PA in combat and I'm having more shopping for weps and armor.
Melee is for the hardcore PvE that want a challenge and cool FMV moves. The devs are rock solid on the position that players "shouldn't be brining a knife to a gunfight". If you wanna do the GCW vs players than you have no choice....come to the dark side.
The only viable PvP build I can see for TK's atm is doing pistoleer and TKM. Healthshot 1 and 2 are VERY sweet, you get bonuses in the pistoleer for firing on the run, and supression fire works now. Hypothetically you could supressfire your target to prone and then pound them. Hybrids like that are the only way IMO.
Unfortunately Holo said today that Pistoleer is "way overpowered". Their nerf day will be soon.
I asked Holo to provide a list of safe 'balanced' professions for us to switch to to avoid that sinking feeling that comes from having your profession trashed. Hope I get a reply.
Actually DrBonzai, Holocron has made numerous posts to different professions about proposed changes. It had nothing to do with the so called 'protesters'. The Devs are doing an excellent job communicating with the community.

He has just as much right to say what he did as the first dude does. Even if the message the first dude says is stated in hundreds of similar threads.
