Thanks again , I know all the super effective templates. I just dont want them. I know MBH TKM bases templates are that great either

Perhaps you dont understand what I'm saying

I want all my skill points allowcated in MBH and the rest in tk 4440 or perhaps BH 4440 and TKM

And with only those template variations what will I be able to handle

I say good for you, stick to what you *want* to do instead of the "best" template.

To answer your question though, you have to answer a question yourself... What would you prefer to be your main mode of fighting? TKA or a BH weapon?

I also do not want an all pvp template and want to enganged in other aspects of the game while still fairing well in PVP and PVE

Most probly should have been posted on the BH board which has been many times

Any way with MBH , TK template what do you think I would be able to handle esp in PVE.(most jedi on my server explot anyway and the majority on my server are not very jedi like anyway and I can always kill them by going overt, I'd rather have the glory then the money)

If I decide to master TKM give up MBH all together how long do you think it'll take me to master TKM I have money for armor food and buffs weapons ect

well...for one start using some of the nice specials in the RS tree...i did the tkm/smuggler/pistoleer combo before venturing into FS skills...and if nothing else suppresionfire is one of your strongest skills...


and in pve warningshot works just as well. the trick is to stagger suppressionfire and kd...since both have a 30s timer...you can kd then posture down...and if they're dizzy they can fall and either way it still slows them.


*shrug* main prob with mbh/tk is it doesnt leave much for tk...and mbh doesnt help you at all when fighting as tk


id suggest if you really want to keep mbh to check out the bh,pistol,carbineer boards (carbineer/bh's are a lot stronger than ppl think)


carbineers will do loads more damage than tk to groups of enemies...pve or pvp...but is light on def mods....


pistoleers are more mid range damage but mid range def mods as well.


TK will leave you with either 4440 and will be pretty strong...but have low melee def


tk4304 will give you great defense mods to use while using you're mbh skills


tk0444 will give you better defense mods and strong attacks..but no meditate


*shrug* its upto you...and ultimately play whichever you'll have fun doing...hopefully they'll throw a bigger bone to bh's other than do a stop-gap fix like reducing the prereqs

Definitly the answer I was looking for.

I'm really starting to like the history of the TK. I also love the rp aspect of BH plus the ability to use 3 wepaon classes adequatly.

What I may do is get TKM 4000 to suffice for now. and invest in pistol or carb lines.

basically MBH is really a loose loose situation for everyone including the devs. Its just not effective on its own anymore when it really should be with all the sp invested *including 40 or so wasted ones*

Here's the deal I'm currently MTKA, I plan on picking up Smuggler 0300 at a minimum ( FSxp reasons ), anyhoo, I currently have some med but I think I'm willing to drop that, anyone have any suggestions on what I should do here? I was looking at picking up Master smugger and Pistols 0044 and scout 1000as well, I currently have 13+ sp devoted to FS skillz as well. Thanks for the input

I was looking for some versatility, I'm actually currently looking at mastering Fencer, I havn't done it before, and it seems like it would make a good addition to a melee template. Current FS skills are Ranged and Melee Def I-IV, Melee Accuracy I-IV, Melee Speed I, I have unlocked Luck and Ranged Speed on top of that, but have yet to relegate any xp towards them.

2) Does any particular weapon seem to interest you?


3) Which FS skills do you have? That can make a difference as well (like taking less in weapon accuracy or speed or maybe trade melee or ranged def for def vs. states)

Whats the best template for just all out carnage. I definaetly wanna use unarmed as my main weapon so i really dont care about the weapons of the other classes, but I want to be able to solo a ton of stuff and be able to hold my own. I mostly pve but i do pvp every once in a while. I also need 24 skill points left over for the fs stuff.

What about Master Tk / 4204 CM / 2031 doc?


Cure your own states & poisons, diseases dont really matter that much and well just hope you dont get fire on you


and inflict poisons almost at the master level

I'd say Fencer is a good choice then, and if you don't enjoy it try Swordsman instead. That will give you a good feel of both ends of the spectrum (Offense vs. Defense in Melee). With the FS skills you could pretty much do any profession combination you choose and have some benefit, so it isn't a huge issue either way.

Umm, there are not enough points to do that template. You could get TKM and 4204 CM, but that would only leave enough points to get one box above Novice Doc...

Im working on TKM / Master fencer / Pistoleer 0044
Is this a good pvp template vs jedi?
if it is what weapons should i use?

Currently i'm working on a Teras Kasi stacker template...


Master Brawler/Fencer 4440/TKM/Swordsman 0040/Pikeman 0040/Medic 2000 or 0020...
