tka aren't so well off at dodging and such. now if he had other skills then it would be another story.
even with our center of being (aka buffed defense special) we still get hit 75% of the time.
just remember dizzy + posture change = kd. you have them. then blast w/ the headshot and youll be doing 2.5x more damage! even kneeling has a dmg mod to it.

To Dci what ever he calls he self.... i AM a master riflemen, and i KNOW what we can do... Your either mistaken or lieing about the damage out put of a tkm over a riflemen. I do 3 to -5k damaged on rancors with my t21 all day long... as a TKM WITH VK's i'm luck to get off a 2k shot. without them... it's not really worth it.
you much have one truly sucky t21 if your being out classe that badly by a tkm with no VK's... and really if that the case it's not the TKM'S fault, it's yours... get a better gun...
and to the guy talking about getting beat in 3 hits... i get beat in two when a pistoller hits me with stoping shot. or one even if a master riflemen gets a really good head 3 off. and as for our mad D... we don't have mad D... people only think we do because... a. we kill fast, or b. the tkm that beat you is half fencer or what not. (esspecially if he's dodging.)
I'm half fencer per my first holo... and for the first time in my life accually have pretty good d and can last any lenght of time in a hard fight. My TKA skills allow me fast accuret damage, but at the cost of rather sucky defence...(take time and look at our defence mods...specailly our posture changed and defence to knockdown and dizzy and what not... you'll see they aren't that great.)
If a tkm is standing in frount of you that you can't hit... he's not JUST a tkm... he's part fencer, part pistoller, part riflmen... and he's defence mods are stacked. (that ones that can still stack that is.) he may even have bio cloths... basicly he's built for PvP and worked hard at getting his d to made high levels. When he beats you cause you can't HIT him, be angry at his stacked uber high defence mods, and relized that it wasn't tkm alone that made him that uber...
And that's the TRUTH take it or leave it.

i cant be bothered to read all of the replys to this morons
post's, but on behalf of the vast majority of the riflemen in the game, i would like to apologize.
An unbuffed rifleman let a highly-buffed TK get into melee range and then moans that he got killed. you see the kind of mentality that we have to put up with!

If you seriously think it's a good idea to go into prone position when you're fighting a TKM, you deserve to lose.

Uhm dci why were you in prone position? Your acc is good enough to hit just about anything without being prone?
To me it looks like you messed up. You were in melee range with a melee guy, that is a loss and you should know it.

1.You are a moron relating this to real life because almost every shot from a gun or a sword or a hammer would be your insta death not to mention a fist full of sharpened blades. So no I am sorry just cause you are shooting guns we cant give you the I win all the time button.
2. You are talking about buffed TKM in ideal range and you have no melee defense mitigation from what I am reading. We should kill you in a few shots just like bruce lee could have killed you if you were in RL. Have you ever watched UFC on paper veiw if you want to seea 2 second knockout on experienced fighters it sure as jell happens and this is in rl.You guys have not rounded out your fighting skills in the game(just to keep it clear to you all). The TKM might also be a master rifleman or pistoleer with ranged damage mitigation 3 so even if you hit him he gets a tiny bit of damage %. This is all beside the point if he is a PVP person he might have a ton of foods, drinks and spices to take if a pool falls to low.
3.I hunt with a master sharpshooter almost everyday I work with him as well in rl. I practice with this guys since he is ranged and I am melee. I have seen the damage he puts out both in duels and in PvE so you must have worthless guns or have no clue how to play your character. He easily hits a pool that is unhealable unless with the use or drugs or food for 500 damage every few seconds. The mind is the best pool to hit almost always and you much power at your disposal so learn to use it.
4.The best part is there is a rifleman named ashen one of many on my server that has walked all over people with a rifle and we are talking several buffed people at a time both ranged and melee including!!!! TKM. Now did anyone scream nerf on my server because he created a super template using DEFENSE as a offense no of course not.
If you have any doubts go start a thread on kettemoor and say riflemen cant beat TKM and you will be some response for sure. So my advice since the conceal shot on the krayt might break you should either go kill some nuna and stay safe or actually spend a day fighting and learn the hard way how to stay alive. And maybe just maybe pick up some defense for melee.

1. Your rifle is a POS. Mine is 700 damage w/ just slices and powerups.
2. I can own a TKM if I am farther than 30m. Learn to be good. Use supression fire and Flurry shot. Use a jawa and head shot 2(3 rapes HAM) to kill him.
3. As someone else said, anyone with buffs can kill 3 others without them.

ok i dont know the name of the whiner who made this subject but...hes dumb...look...if you are a rifleman and you are at a melee range against a TKM you are dead...this is simple...he can be buffed or not you are dead...dont whine about the buffing or get doc profession and buff yourself... theres one thing tho that piss me off bad about TKA is the Dizzy shot, cause you cant do anytihng when u are knocked down...its just noobish to hit a guy doing nothing on the ground. But anyway im not here to whine about it I alrdy beat TKM and i still can...the thing is we need to use strategy and they dont...they dizzy and kd and hit thats all they do...and please dont tell me the "thats all we got" stuff cause you guys got powerboost, high damage, high speed, high hit rate...still the rifle man who made this "topic" or whatever you call it...stop whining when you dont know what you talking about...Cya everyone take care and dont worry i like the TKA profession

No proffesion should be nerfed anymore, otherwise all fo em will be doing 2 damage to eachother.
As fer tkas, if a tka is fully buffed by a master doc they can kill 20 unbuffed players if they are in idea (an yeah i saw this happen). However any player that is buffed can crap all over players that are buffed unless they make serious mistakes.
Soon as you see a tka though hit burst run an start running in the other direction.

Question: How did you manage to have the time to press ALT then move your mouse to his Health and Action to see his "GODLY" buff, when you said you only had a chance to fire two shots?
And can you post this guys name? I want to ask him to teach me how to "INSTA KILL". Ive used Vibros and everything on unbuffed players without armor, but I've never been able to "INSTA KILL" anyone. Unless you have like 400 health and action, I don't see how this is possible (probably still isnt considering the PVP damage reduction).

The only thing you are proving when you treat peoples like trash is that you are just as well un educated as you claim they are. It just reflect what the TKA profession mentality is in general, its strange that none will admit that if TKA seems to be used by most of the Elite KeWlDo0d PvPers it has to be because there is a glitch that givesthem an unfair advantage. No BS plz since we all concretely know that inside the game peoples keep saying how 1337 the TKMs are. I know most of the peoples coming to theese boards want to have an influence on the future of their profession and thats exactly why I am actually taking the time to come here and read trough all the disgracious flames. Keep on flaming , I wont cry Im passed that age , but when the time to balance this game comes out then the adults will rise up and do it like it should be.
