yeah i did quite a few duels vs jedis with my previously template.. tkm+master fencer + master pikeman , although imho it would be better with master brawler + some medic skills but i did ok with poison lances... it was all about keeping them intimidated and fight withouth armor if theyr a light jedi.. most light jedis dont have force lightning.. so rather equip some be clothing. what i usually did was to try and keep intimidate + stun on them all the time , then dizzy , then kd then spam unarmedhit3 which does the most dmg + applies the blind state as well.. mindhit isnt that good most of the time, most jedis i fought had as much mind as they had health and action and since they can heal all stats then its better to use a more dmging attack.. and just rince and repeat, they will eventually run out of force because they keep healing the states. and when theyr low on force then its usually game over. I did duel a dark jedi once too but i made the mistake to unequip my lightning, and unfortunately he was master ls + master powers + 4004 healer.. lol so he managed to knock me down, apply a choke and force lightning... that was pretty bad lol. he didnt want a rematch when I came back with my armor on and fully buffed though hehe.

so i'd say tka is a very good choice vs jedis.. i guess tkm + masterfencer + master brawler +2040 medic(stop bleeds and 1k heals)will give you a very good defence and offence vs a jedi.. and u still have 13 skillpoints left which you can use for more medic skills or some fs skills.
