I'd really love to see various katas added into the game. Not as combat moves, but as meditative activities. Could work just like dancing. You have various starting stances, and each flourish could be a TK kata that stems from the base stance.

Looks like I missed the boat on this one, but seeing as how I'm stil working on Teras Kasi, I don't feel bad. My suggestions for the Top Five are as follows:
1.) Fix Defensive Acuity
2.) Alternate damage type/DoT Weapons or Weapon Mods (e.g. for 100 hits, half damage is stun)
3.) Master meditation should cure states and cure poisons/diseases better, Force of Will timer should be lowered and the timer should be displayed in the Modifier Window, Power boost should be shown in the Modifier Window
4.) Replace the current Meditation animation with several different Katas, which will be based on what skills you have in all of your branches (thus the most impressive looking katas would belong to Master Teras Kasi)
5.) Inconsistant melee range. When fighting large monsters using Area of Effect Attacks, target is not affected by my strikes, but is within range for my regular attacks.

Not a problem at all, but so far almost all of our Top 5 are related to, in some way, the Combat Balance. I have this bookmarked for reference as well, but the Combat Balance thread is more pressing at the moment ![]()
I'll have another thread up in a day or so that goes over our Issues with the profession, not limiting to any particular number, but it will take me a day at least to get it organized and posted!

My Top TKA Issues:
- No Bleed Attacks.
- No other damage type other than Kinetic.
- No uber loot VKschemas such as Mind Fire, Health Poison, etc. such as Geo Pistols, Slug Carbines, etc.
- FoW timer should be 30 minutes.
- Content:
- Perhaps add a Dojo with an arena at Tyrena? Perhaps the Arena Fights could be bet on (PvP as well as PvE -- Very UberNPCs spawned) and the duels could be watched remotely in cantinas across the galaxy (as well as bet on).

Congrats Ryutek on your appointment to TK correspondent.
I don't really have that many issues with TK, I like it they way it is. However:
1. Make sure armor gets nerfed plssssss! To at best 30-40% to anything
2. Make sure they don't give us a specials bar
3. Make sure they don't Nerf doc buffs or mind buffs
4. Don't let them nerf damage mitigation or our toughness
5. Pls don't let them nerf defensive dabbling anymore!
6. Have them get rid of 100% kinetic resist mobs.
7. Fight to keep our accuracy and speed the way it is.
If the above exist than I really can't ask for anything more! New damage type, decreased FOW timer, robes, DA and new animations would be just icing on the cake. However I am hesitant with these for the sake of balancing with other professions. Best of luck!
