Warcry2 is the only answer I have and it works(sorta). I fought a TKM who had 80% kinetic armor and full buffs. KD/dizzy doesn't work anymore, so i just use it for when they start running. I was finally able to incap him in his mind, but another rebel came to help and he used Force of Will and slaughtered my mind. Oh well I had a good couple of laughs while i was overt there
