What is happening with CoB since the latest patch is that it now takes about 2-3 secs BEFORE the warmup timer even starts. So you hit the CoB button, then can't do anything for 2-3 secs or you will interrupt it before it has even started, then the warmup timer starts (another 2 secs), then CoB is finally applied. So you're now looking at about 5-6 secs to apply CoB during which you can't attack or move. For those people who use a macro they will almost definately attack/move before CoB is applied because they are not taking this extra time into account.

I always apply CoB manually because I don't trust macro's to always do the right thing in the heat of the fight. Even after the latest patch I have no problem in getting it to stick, but it's just that it now takes an abnormal amount of time compared to before. I basically have to hit my CoB button right when the icon starts blinking (10 sec mark) or I will be too late, whereas before I could let it blink for a while before reapplying.

There isnt a delay for the warmup timer to start.... its just lag. What you should do is stand still and start the COB. Stay still for the 2-3 sec it takes to get COB up and just start moving again. I have had it where the bar comes up and im chasing after someone. Also COB seems to cancel if you are hit while the bar is up.
