But the thing is TKA is the onlyelite combat profession with a single damage type.
One counter to that, however (being Devil's Advocate for a moment), is that TK is also the only profession who can innately cure wounds and buff themselves (Docs require crafted components, as are Chef foods).
I agree we need another damage type, so don't get me wrong. But there are other things taht the community will perceive that we must be mindful of.

Spuzzed in you 1st post you said some thing about TKA not having DoT's well swordsman have no DoTs accept the chance of getting them at the imp theam and jabbas theam and that just random if you get a DoT.
Swordsmen do, in fact, have a special that has a chance of landing a Bleed DoT (states it in the description). I'll have to wait until I log back in to see which one it was though.
Basically, this gives them a DoT attack, whether it lands every time or not is not the debate.

Turrets have very high resistances to kinetic damage meaning Im not doing 3k DPS Im doing more like 100 DPS. Also Swordsman, Pikeman, and Fencers get a bleed, two of them in fact, and they both stack. A TKA gets no bleeds and no DoT.

As far as melee professions go, the TKA stand alone. Fencers, Swordsman, Pikeman, they all have their individual strengths and weaknesses, their own combat styles, their own pool attacks and their own weapons. Think of the TKA as a blend of all that. We dont get dodge, block, or counterattack, instead we get DA which is a combonation of those three. We dont get an individual pool attack like the Swordsman, Pikeman, or Fencers we get each of the pool attacks with unarmed leg hit, body hit, and head hit.
Theres no reason why the TKA shouldnt share a damage type with any other profession.
