Only problem with that template is that you probably won't be able to use Cure Disease/Flame Blankets due to an extremely low level of Med use. I would probably do 3-0-4-0 Fencer / Doc 4-0-4-0, so you can use those cure state packs. I like TKM/Doctor as a PvP template, and I can hold my own in a full scale PvP battle.
If all else fails, flip a coin

I know a few people who play Pikemen on Shadowfire, and they use their Fire DOT's first off. This is because it willdamage and wound the target, instead of having to use poison/disease lancesto apply the same sort of effect. I don't know how it is on Ahazi, but that's how it works on Shadowfire.
