I have seen this too and it is starting to get annoying.. I don't have time to hit the hotkey for FOW... As soon as I am incapped I am dead.. They may as well have just removed the skill as I don't even make the effort to use it as now it is a pvp skill, as RL opponents aren't that fast..

Thanks to Vasarian Brandy I am now the town drunk and ONLY go to the AA meetings to brag about the killing spree done during my drunken rage.

I don't know if you consider AT-ST's to be high enough to fit this catagory, but I got into a tango with a few of these today and didn't see my canape wear off. I was incapped but had enough time to FOW my way back up and finish the fight. So I've seen both situations now in the past few days.

Just chiming in here - I too noticed it...also after the corvette went live. i was fighting NS's...same thing - incapped and db'd at the exact same timestamp. thought it was just strange, but now it's quite clear it's a bigger issue. Usually I don't use FoW...like someone else said I'd rather just let my timer wear down. So I didn't even have a chance to ponder using it - i was, as the saying goes, dead before I hit the floor....
