Thread: TKM too easy to achieve?

I'm a TKA Master and Istrongly disagree that TKA is to easy to achieve solo, especially if this is your starting profession, without Buffs, and great kinectice armor. In addtion, what makes it more difficult to get is the combat XP needed for percision branch. So I aggree that what made it easy for you were the good buffs and the armor (they do help, but try doing those mission without it). I not the only one who feel this way. As a TKA Master I have offered to help other to become TKA by going with them on missions and watching their back and healing them as needed, so they get the good UA XP. As are result they are leveling faster than I. But they all have commented that this is one of the toughest profession to master especially starting out as I did. Many who start this profession already have done other comabt profession and have the combat XP which allows them to gain percision skills quickly.

Why is it that when someone finds a good way to do something [like make leveling in a profession}] they have to turn around and complain about it, which if their voice has any impact on the DEVs can make it more difficult for others to achive?

Also, please consider that when you make those kind of comments it belittles those individuals who both enjoy this profession and have worked for it.

Thx,

Man, listen to urself, doing mission after mission for a few hours a day, with all that fancy armor, all buffed for 3 hrs, if that's not power playing then I don't know what it is, it might not be all day long, but it sure is power playing. All these proffs can be mastered failrly quickly if u do them mechanichally, if u had taken ur time to enjoy roaming the planets aimlessly and chatting with ur fellow scout u found by chance in the middle of the desert, or give the other professions a fair tasting of their flavor, if u had not used that armor because that day u didn't feel like using armonr, or not buffed because u know that u cannot always keep getting buffed int the middle of dathmor by yourself, so u want to prove toi urself u CAN survive without the fancy armor and the buffs if u have to... let me tell u, playing non-mechanically a few hoursa day u'd take surely more than a month, TK is hard, they're all hard, unless u grind them, then it's hard on ur mind.

peace

yea thats fun and all but I did that back when I first mastered CH. Not a whole lot of depth in the game to continually aimlessly wondering around planets.

ROFL!!!
I mastered tka in less than 2 days. However, when I first started playing this game it took me over a week to just get 0/2/1/1 (and this was before there was a timer or a high ham cost on kd). I never ended up mastering because tka was nerfed really badly and I gave up. My point is that a player who has experience can master any profession very quickly. These are my numbers:
master medic/doc: 3 days ->starting from novice medic
master tka: 2 days ->starting from novice brawler
master rifle: 5 days ->starting from rifle 1 in marksman
master commando: 7 days ->starting from novice marksman
master scout: 2 days ->starting from novice scout (camping xp is a bitch)
master marksman: 1 day ->starting from novice

I've been TKA (or going towards it) since I began the game in early July. I made TKM only like a couple of weeks ago. Of course, I tried a little CH on the way (and dropped it as it was overpowered and cheasy), then became Ranger. Oh and I did a little of Bio-E too because one of my goal was to make a Bantha. That plus Artisan in the beginning because I wanted to craft good powerups...

This coming from a TKM. I had to laugh, a LOT.

Well I'd like to laugh too (nah really...), thing is I don't understand what precisely would make you laugh, though I admit there might be something that would be genuinely laughable at !

If on the other hand it's because there is a paradox and that you think that TKM is owerpowered in the first place, then please understand I been TKA since the start and did it thru each and every nerf, AND as an unbuffed Wookiee... (and when I dropped CH I was 0010 in it...).

So care to tell me what makes you laugh ?
