Teras Kasi Artist should construct a monastary in a remore area wher no one would want to live, it should be dedicated to the study of the Teras Kasi martial art and should have homes close together and well organized in the monastaries plan. like a pa hall facing towards the riseing sun, a path leading to its entrance and homes facing this path.

Um, Darth Maul was a Dark Jedi. If you remember, he was referenced by Senator Palpatine / Darth Sidious / Emperor as "my apprentice" in Episode I.
Anyway, as I understand it, TKA aren't trained to "beat up on Jedi" as one person put it. Rather, to have some sort of chance of preventing the Jedi from abusing their power.
What if getting some types of Jedi XP involve killing things with a Lightsaber? Like the way it is now with the other professions. True you could probably get your combat XP out of the way with TK, but there will probably be a tree or two that involves fighting with a lightsaber (which I would recomend find a remote area on some remote planet to level and watching your radar so no one stumbles onto you).

Darth MAul was not a dark jedi? He was a sith. He learned things about the jedi, from darth sidius.
Also if you read Shadowhunter, EU novel with main character Darth MAul you will learn that he was a TKA Master among other things.
