It took me about 5 hours to go from Novice Brawler to Novice TKA, then from there it took me 4 days to get master using an at-st to tank Kungas on Dantooine, doing nothing but grinding.

Technically took 3 months, but I quit for a month and a half.....sooooo.....6 weeks? Also mastered Scout, got 3 2 1 0 CH, surrendered all them after the original CH nerf, and got Master Marksman.

10 days start to finish. once i had power 2, it was all g.baz nitches and huurton stalkers. buffed 90% of the time. i don't really like the leveling treadmill, so i grinded it as fast as i could just to get it out of the way. i was a master ranger at the time, and by the end of the week and a half, i had 45k hides for my tailor

now i'm grinding out carbine (dropped ranger) so i have pvp balance. i've done a little pvp thusfar and have found the ability to equip a weapon when your target is out of range such a godsend. for example, one encounter i got the drop on a bh. kd2, but dizzy didn't stick, so he got right back up and started running. by the time he was out of range, i got a few hits on him, put my carbine on, and finished him off while he thought he was going to kite me

anyway, back to the topic, 10 days from novice brawler. but it doesn't matter how fast you get through it. go as fast as YOU want to go. if you just want to get your leveling over with, then grind. if you enjoy taking your time, then take your time. but no one way is better than another.
