Yes, and we should be able to steal a jedi's lightsabre and stab him with it mid duel. OH, and if a CH was ever silly enough to PVP, the animals would stop dead in their tracks, bow before us, and then turn on their masters.

Been TKM for more than a week now...



And i have no problem with any mob at all (if you forget the Elders NS)

With the right equipement/food/buffs, the only beasts that harmed me were Ancient krayts/SBDs...

As for the cost of special, i never see my HAM being depleted and i'm a hella special spammer


So peeps before crying that its not powerful enough try getting a good equipment and good food...

It's sure bugging to encounter High armor peeps/kinetic resistant beasts, but they'll go down in the end if you know what you're doing...


I think its a good balance between offense and defense...

I can Tank any beast i want, and still i manage do do a fairly high amount of dmg.

I cannot dmg as much a a swordsman for sure, nor can i be as defensive as a fencer, but that's what i like with TK...

IT stands exactly as a balance with theses two profs.

as a fairly good dmag dealer and as a good tank too.

To the sarcastic whiner:


TKM isn't the class that can solo anything at will PvE, thats swordsman.

TKM isn't the uber PvP class, thats fencer.

TKM is better than Pikeman, its borked.


But my point is that TKM is very balanced while 2-hand and 1-hand have specialties that TKM can't match.

The TKM was MEANT to be the jack of all trades profession. You can't have EVERYTHING lumped all in one profession, that's how you create inbalance. Swords = damage dealing, pikes = area attacks, fencers = high defenses, TKM = a mix of all.


And that's also the reason why you have 250 skill points. There's no doubt that with those 250 points, you can take on ANYthing in the game. You just have to figure out what to take. Me? I'm quite happy with my template.

I'm finding TKA to be very enjoyable (i'm not going for the BIG BIG stuff yet, but its a blast). I love walking upto a lair, where a highlevel titled marksman is taking, oh, 1 picket. I kill the other 4 pickets before he can take his one. Brings a smile to my face. That and the moves are cool as ****!

as a fencer i dident even wear armor. a swordsman the lair was gone before they say me.

tkm, is good for pve, mostly against npcs cuz of the kd2 and unarmed 3

TKA is a great defensive profession, second to none as far as Tanking ability goes. Also deals huge damage very fast to lightly armored mobs but as many people have already said, TK doesnt have access to anything above AP1 and limited to Kinetic damage type so it doesnt excel at damaging the "super" mobs.


With TK though, full buffs, 80% kin armor, brandy and Ahrisa, and a good build on top of Master TK, you can go toe-to-toe with anything from NS Elders to Krayt Ancients, while a groupmember(s) does the damage with Rifleman or whatever.
