Now I am no pvper, but in my expieriences intimidate does stack (at least it does in PvE) so if someone is kiting you just keep the spam of intimidate and lunger coming, they'd soon regret trying to kite you when tehy can't hit teh broadside of a barn 
Anyway just a thought, no idea how well taht would work though.
Alternatively confuse the poor fellow by burst running in the opposite direction, he gives chase... a crafty turn later and you whack em in the chops with KD

Lol bad idea, but all of you telling ways not to be kited what happenes if you burst run into them and they kd you with their uber tkmness? (master smuggler/pistoller/tka thank you very much) what now?

I just told that to a Master Rifleman. And he said "Cool..as long as we get "Riflebutt Smackdown" which would be a knockdown dizzy for any melee that came with in 10m of him.

Jackie Chan is Chinese....so he wouldn't be a ninja either.
