Solo'd the Vette about 15 times now, on rescue, destroy and assassinate.
The simple trick is knowing yer way around. My record which is set for destroy is 3 mins.
Template Master TK/Master Rifles/Medic 2000/pistoleer 0041
Anything hits me with a bleed I heal, its an absolute pice of piss (scuse french) It really jst is about knowing yer way around, I have found once you get to the engine room first section that even the SBD's don't bother with you, know idea why!?
Half tempted to take my Artisan up there and try and run it with him.
Initially I thought that my 90% armour was what saved me, but its really just that easy. Just know yer way around.

oh yes as a TKM master doc my current count for SBDs is at 16....lol (no other PCs lol)

The sad truth is, the corvette is soloable. How is that sad you ask? Because this game underestimates its players to the extent that the 2nd hardest place in-game, can be solo'd.

Me and 4 others did the rescue and destroy mission with no armor or buffs. We were black barred and at 1000 bf. You don't need to fight up there.

when all my group died i was running around it lost for 35 mins, if you intim the NPCs they are no real problem, just the SBD. and make sure u have enuf stuff out of crates before u start, stims/food etc, cos i was non stop agro for 35 mins lol 
the NPCs drop some great loot too

Any char with any form of combat + Master medic can run through the destroy mission in no more than 7 min solo. End of story. Take two combat's with some medic and its 4 min or less.
Is that considered soloing the vette??? I dont think so but I do it at least 3 times a day. Just for the creds.

He probably doesn't truely solo the corvette. He probably does the destroy or rescue missions and just runs through it without actually fighting. I know there are quite a few people who do this just to get the badges.
I'm gonna try to solo the assassination mission... I can probably do it too (yay for low blast resist NPCs)

i disagree on the loot part man, what do you kill on the corvette that drops good stuff? all i ever get from killing npcs is creds, i kill commodores, rear admirals, ensigns, the weird named people with the 70ishK HAM, sailors, and engineers. i have never gotten one "you have completely looted the corpse of all items" message.

When i was a master rifleman/master doc I would just run through the place healing myself and hit the loot points all except the last one in the front of the place. Your best bet is to run the place through.
