Yah - well, BH's also need a LOT more offensive capabilities. They need more accuracy in pistol and carbine (at master), and a lot more accuracy for the LLC. Also, if we're going by movie standards, then BH's need some form of restraint attacks (snares, roots, what not)....but that's for another forum.
