Realistically you would probably be best off going TKM, Doc 4-4-4-0, Fencer 3-0-0-0 (based on the information you provided about what interests you). If you are not that interested in Doc I would do TKM, Doc 0-0-4-0 (for self buffing), and teh rest in Fencer for Defenses.

It deppends on what you want to do. All proffesions have differnt benefits so can you be a bit more accurate in what you want to do with it. PvP? PvE? Grind FS?Be usful in base takedowns? A mix of everything? Or what?


Once you post that then we can probably throw some suggestions, there is no best, differnt things for differnt times.

Hey i was just looking for a little template final decisions;

What i want to do with this template is focus it mostly on PvP, as well as PvE but that is only secondary and i can do that with what i master for PvP.

My current skills are TKM/MasterSwords
What i'm looking most heavily at is adding this:
Keepin TKM/Mast.Swords add on, Fencer 0420, Add in rifleman 4000.
OR
Keepin TKM/Mast. Swords add on, Fencer 0440, Add in marksman 4000
Or some combination of those things...
What i was wondering is how important medic is in pvp and if i could alter my template to get more out of defenses and mind dots/mind attacks, while keeping my ability to fight with teras kasi well instead of just using dots and ion rifles =)

Any input on the template would be appreciated, as i have been in galaxies but not into pvp until now.

Firstly personly I'd recomend not dabling in Riffles. They are very uneffective without Master & really arn't worth the skill points in my opinion (unless you are going to Master I meen).


As you are doing TK & Swords as well as Fencer Deffences I'd suggest taking brawler a stage further & going Master Brawler. This will give you an extra 5 Toughness as TK, as well as Intimidate 2, Warcry 2 & a 20m KD for both proffesions as well as +5 speed to your Swords.


So so far:


Master Brawler
Master TK
Master Swordsman


Then for Fencer Deffenses don't take 4-X-X-X. That is too much & you are beyond the cap of +125 on both. Insted I'd suggest either of the following combinations:


Fencer 3-4-4-0


Or

Fencer 3-4-0-0
Novice Medic


Either of those would work well deppending on which you prefer. In my opinion the Master Brawler though is a good addition to any Melee / Melee Master template. Though you would be limited to Melee combat you would be very strong in it.

The template I'm gonna suggest is not a common one to my knowledge & I've just knocked it up looking for something differnt. In theory though it should be effective.


How about:


Master TK
BH 0-0-4-0

Then either:


Pistoleer 0-0-4-1 (Nice specials & Deffenses, just a touch more speed)

Novice Commando (Blast Damage Pistol)


Or

Pistoleer 0-0-4-0 (nice specials & Deffenses)
Smuggler 0-0-1-0(Feigndeath to make up for lack of Medic)


Either choice will make you very effective with a pistol & give you a veriaty of damage types including Blast if you go for the Commando one. The specials include Torso Shot, a mind damage attack, Fanshot which is a great Area Attack. In terms of Deffenses you have some nice state deffenses & Melee Mitigation 3 & Ranged Mitigation 2.


I thought I'd suggest something less common that should still be very effective & fun to play.

Good template - I've suggested similar ones a few times. There is a better veriation though but it deppends on if you are doing FS Skills or not. If not then I would strongly recomend:


TKM
Master Brawler
Fencer 3-4-4-0
PIstoleer 0-0-4-0
Novice Medic


This gives you better state deffenses as well as Ranged Mitigation 2 which can take the edge off many ranged attacks, also if you get a nice speed pistol you are pretty handy with it if you're in a situation where you can't go in to Melee for whatever reason. However you are a bit more stuck for skill points on this one if you are planing on doing the Village FS Trees. The one you posted is, in my opinion, very well suited to the FS stuff as theres lots you can switch out easily for more Skill Points.

Creating a new character and was wondering if this template sounded good,


TKM

Master Fencer

Master Brawler

Medic- 4/4/0/0

or dropsome Medic 4/0/0/0 and getCombat Prowess 0/0/4/4 (Melee accuracy +12 and melee speed +12)

or Enhanced Reflexes 0/4/0/0 (Melee defense, +20)

...leaves 4 pts left over, any suggestions? I'll probably be PvPing and some PvE creature hunting.
