I agree. Of the two I fought yesterday, the first got kd/dizzy'd but stoop up, put a 280 health bleed on me, then fell back down. I pummelled the next one with /uh3 while he was done because I couldn't afford a stacked bleed like that! Which leads to another question.... I'll make another post. Concerning Powerboost.
