I tested it too....the HAM costs definitely rule it out. In most cases, it seems that I take more damage from using CoB than I would take from the mob without it.

I was about to make a post today asking if anyone knows if CoB DOES work! Thank God I didnt create more spam and posted thisin here. I do notice it not working still. And for a swordsman to have that much of a jump is just silly compared to a TKM. I watched a MHS solo a ATST with his CoB. It would never happen with TKM's CoB. That is extreme inbalance in melee tanking considering the same amount of skill points are used for both professions, and TKA is a little harder to achieve for not having the same great reward.
