I'm working on this combo myself (with master brawler), and have run into a few people that have it, the main benefit to having fencer when ur a tka is knockdown defence, master tka/master fencer can almost never be knocked down because of knockdown defence and combat equilibrium, which means no annoying kd+dizzy on you
