so... will TK get nerfed?

i've heard a couple a rumours and as i've just started this profession i don't want to find that i've put the effort into getting to novice and ending up being less advantaged to other players... well nothing can be done now.

anywho,

i find i get my ass whooped by ranged attacks. I've not done much PvP, but alot against NPCs and of course they're different, but still i get beat. maybe its because i'm a low TK or maybe i'm just rubbish.

i'm doing tk not for PvP, i want to use it inhunting groups. surely that means us players are on the same side in that respect?

anyways..

nerfed or not?

yes you will be nerfed but only your character, all others TKM will not be...

yawn...

Are you aware of up comingcombat system and class ravamp ? What does it mean for us TKA ? That mean noone knows what TKA will become as well as the other classes.

To sum it up : we will not be nerfed, the class will be "rethink" like all others professions..

why are people comparing other melee classes vs a TKM? How does the Strategy Guides describe a TKM? They are suppose to be LETHAL in melee combat. Seriously, if you want to beat a TKM, then realistically, you should be OUT OF THEIR MELEE RANGE.

When you are on top, everyone is just gonna try to get you down. As it is, you are on top. The only people that can beat you are people like me who are the "dabblers", and we get way more nerf cries. Just gotta know that when you're on top you're the target. People don't want to work to make themselves better, just wanna bring the "better" person down. The popular tk/dr template has so many weaknesses it's not even funny, but people still think it's over powered because one killed em.

It's Human Nature. So, you need to move on too. You are no better than the nerf crying babies, cause you post telling them to shut up, and i guess i'm no better, cause i'm telling you the same.

I love this post and yes i do feel there are too many whiners out there. Yes ive been beaten by TKM and im a grenadeer so what do i do instead of whining....... I get TKM to supplant Master Commando lol.

2. Have you ever seen a Master Swordsman, a Master Pikeman, or a Blademaster come to yell NERF! on us? I havent either, so dont get them involved in this.

Actually, this forum is littered with pikeman and swordsman screaming for a nerf. They even go so far as proclaiming it will make the the happiest person in the world if we get nerfed. I also read many posts complaining it takes so few points to master tka, or our meditate line shouldn't be there, or we really don't have any skill since we spam kd2 and uh3. I'll leave the completely ignorant references on our lunge and warcry2..(since they are just a brawler skill after all). I'm not trying to be a smartass, just trying to state the facts.....a fair and balanced perspective
