the only advantage a tkm/master doc has is against combat medics, because of cure poison/disease while in combat. i would have died so many times to CMs if i didnt have doc. but against a pure melee person, or even ranged/melee, if you both are "perfect" (ex. the best pvpers possible), the doc will proably lose because the other person has better defense, and buffs are easy to obtain. it is still an incredible pvp template, i had it for about a month, and it was very effective, won many more battles/duels than i lost.

In PvP there are two sides to the Doc/TKM template.

Of course your buff but you also have power boost. That is monster in pvp because your mind pool goes way up.

The support side - Any good doc spends much of his time healing others. If you can stim a guy at the right time or cure the CM poison/disease or put a blinket onthem then you just saved a life. The tkm helps you stay alive long enough to save those lives.

The attack side - A nice KD/Dizzy while your partner hits the guys mind pool, very nice. Also intimidation and other state attacks help. Sure, the other guy has great ken armor on so its hard to do damage but so what? Your not dueling your pvping. Help your group.

IMO the best role of a doc/tkm is med support and as a tank for your rifler. In this role a doc can nullify CM, Commandos, and to a large extend other mel classes.

As a doc/tkm your only weekness is your mind and with power boost, the right drink/food,stun comp armor, a few nice rings andthe right backpack and your a tough target.

I've only pvp'd once and a rifleman kitted me to where I couldn't hit me and droped me in 3 or 4 shots. What is a strategy to defend this?

Thanks

Get a helmet with stun protection (most riflemen use Jawa Ion Rifles in PvP). Burst run will help you catch him.

I am a TKM/Doc and I do pretty well in PVP. Last night I dueled a almost master riflemen/TKM. The duel never ended. I do better when I am in a group opposed to duels.
