I've avoided the use of alarmAddIn specifically because it does not allow you to resolve the timer to seconds.

My PowerBoost macro is:

/powerBoost;
/pause 600;
/echo \#FF0000POWERBOOST FADING IN 60 SECONDS\#.
/pause 30;
/echo \#FF0000POWERBOOST FADING IN 30 SECONDS\#.
/pause 20;
/echo \#FF0000POWERBOOST FADING IN 10 SECONDS\#.

I have similar macros for Muon Gold, Neutron Pixie and my foods and doctor buffs.

This is the time for power boost from the thread sitckied above.

Duration: 5 min + (meditation skill mod/100 * 5min) give or take 5%
