I just got powerboost and this works for me. Change the 7 below if your powerboost lasts longer (I think its based off your +meditate).

/meditate
/pause 2
/powerBoost
/alarmAddIn 0 2 \#ff9900Power Boost Ready\#.
/alarmAddIn 0 7 \#ffff00Power Boost Warning\#.: Will fade in \#ff3300One Minute\#.

There you go You will get audio beeping and color coded messages at the appropriate times.

When you are done with powerboost you will get the following Alarm:

Power Boost Ready

Then about one minute before you start losing your boosted HAM:

Power Boost Warning: Will fade in One Minute.

Gotta love those spice addict warning macros and their application for so many other timed events! Thanks for putting up what novices really need for help rather than flame war topics.

This macro is great for any timed event (in minutes or hours)... shuttles, spices, doc buffs, food, etc.

ask the doctor how long they last and make the macro accordingly. The enhancement pack actually lists it's duration...so just ask the doc.

/alarmAddIn h m message

h an integer, number of hours
m an integer, number of minutes
message the alarm text

So if your doctor buff lasts 2 hours and30 minutes,

/alarmAddIn 225 Buffs Fading In Five Minutes

the thing about doctor's buff is that the duration that's on the pack is just a ballpark figure. It might last longer, it might be a few minutes shorter...no one can tell.

What would the time settings be for a master teras kasi?

Could you find out for me? Check the box next to "timestamps incoming messages" in your Options | Chat window.

Then you should get a timestamp on all lines in your chat windows... do a powerboost and see how many minutes there are between your "[meditation] You are the man dude! Boosting your HAM bar with mental energy because you are a badass TKA" message and your "[meditation] blah blah blah powerboost fading you suck" message.

How do I get so that the \# doesn't appear in the system message?

I don't understand your question.

The syntax is

\#RRGGBBText\#.

The RRGGBB is the red/green/blue code for the color desired for Text. The period after the second \# is very important. This signifies the "end" of the color coded text.
