Yeah well elite hybrid is more like it. Im just tired of tka sucking so badly against pve and now in pvp as well. Only one damage seriously at least let tkm be good at doing something

TKA is hands down one of the strongest PVE and PVP profressions in the game. Why would they need to be stronger? So that every crafter is also a TKA? As it stands everyone seems to pick it up.

people only pick it up because its easy to use dizzy+kd+unarmed hit3 thats all you will ever see and HOW THE HELL IS TKA good at pve???tka can kill only the crappy not worth anything mobs in pve you ever seen a tka solo a kyrat??or a acklay or ANYTHING that drops something thats worth something(dont tell me force crystals because there worth nothing now)

Trucho, you sound like a 13 year old who has problems now that he isn't "uber" anymore.
Teras Kasi is the ONLY combat profession that works almost exactly as intended. All of our special attacks, abilities, as well as the ability to heal wounds/poison/disease. Want proof? Go ask a Pikeman what he thinks about being a Pikeman, or a Carbineer why there isn't very many carbineers. You just want to be able to solo ancient Krayts, NS Elders, GD Kimogilas and whatnot, the fact is that NO ONE should be able to do those things, and hopefully the combat balance (whenever is arrives) will change those things.

Um I have never seen a swordsman or fencer or whatever solo a krayt. Nor have EVER heard of such. If you wanna talk about sucky defences play a BH. Only adv combat profession without actual defences worth taking the master marksman and the class for. You only get the ranged mitigation in the investigation line and most people would rather just take pistoleer and save all the skill points to take some other class.

ive tried bh got to 2043 and dropped that **edit** at the time there was maybe 1or2 jedis on server why the hell was i even thinking of getting bh,....i dont know, and no im not asking tka to be uber im asking for tka to be able to do damage to bloody kyrats or any high end mob seriously you go to geo caves and all you see is swordsman and jedi why??because those are the only professions that can do real good there anything else can barely hang.(tka can kill the regular pewees that are near entrance and mercs if im right then the rest is untouchable)

sounds to me like you ARE asking for TKA's to be "uber".
I'm sorry no SINGLE person, regardless of class should EVER be able to take down a Kimogila or Krayt.
Personally, I have issues with mission difficulties for the Death Watch Bunker and Corellian Corvette that make them virtually impossible for a casual player to participate in. That having been said, the problem needs to be addressed at the mission level not by making uber combat classes.
I wonder how much more you're going to complain when the combat balance goes live.

Trucho, TKAs are balanced fairly well. If we get too many enhancements we're just gonna be nerfed, and could possibly get nerfed worse than we are now. That's not the way to improve the profession.

TK is one of the few professions that DOESN'T need to be fixed, changed or tweaked. It's great now. If you want to be more powerful, you have enough skill points to master almost any other profession, do that. Take up pistoleer so you can use that geo blaster. Whining that one of the best professions in the game needs to be better because it (actually you) can't solo everything is just ridiculous ...not to mention pointless because it's about as likely to happen as Trucho winning a pulitzer.

I think TKA is a great profession. The only thing thatstands in the way is that nearly all creatures greater than a corellian butterfly have 60 to 100 % kin defences. Up that all ppl in the galaxy are wearing 80%kin resistence compos. For example i was going to hunt for the great nabooian avian meat. i knew a place with peko peko albattros but when i came there i noticed they have 100% kin defences. i couldnt even get 100 units of the meat
.
I think there should be something like a stun knuckler with the same amount of damage but stun as damage type. there should just be more kinds of weapons. i noticed that the other "brawler" professions have a lot of different weapons.
Plz say what you think about this

you're not looking for ANY semblance of balance... you've simply heard stories about 2handers solo'ing this and that, and haven't begun to consider the facts. assuming that TKA should have some magical powers (aside from the ones we've already got) with which they can conquer all foes without effort is NOT going to advance any discussion of the game, and changes it may need.
