hehe, indeed very well written

one thing i notice that fencer/doc combos forget a lot is our beautiful HeadHit. Since fencer does not ahve a special that hits mind only, they tend to forget that we do

then they put a lot of time and mind into healing thier states, and weeee mind hit!

i was a fencer doc for a while, and found it to be pretty unfulfilling. i find myself the victor way more in PvP now that i ahve gone back to my true love, the art of teräs käsi

I'm glad everyone finds it useful, I know a lot of TKM have been in a funk of recent PvP cause of armor and poison issues. :/

If WC doens't land, hit it again - the peace ensures your rapid fire punching doesn't break them from delay.

Also, never be ashamed to be a secondary PvP fighter -- I find myself many a time following my guild CM, once she area poisons, I /wacry2 for her -- and the targets are left...well in serious trouble.

My main issues now are that I left myself very...vulnerable to high end PvE...specifically the 100% resist to kinetic issues. I'm one of those people who believes every combat class should be viable at killing almost anything -- I'm all TKA, with other things supporting TKA...I am tinkering with picking up a ranged profession to help with PvE...but I love my Master Brawler.

naw.....melee is the bestest!

hehe if you want to take high end stuff thats 100% kinetic resist (ie night sister elder) jsut take a few friends along, like rifleman.

you can tank her with intimidate, land a few states and posture changes, stuff like that.

hunting is more fun with friends anyway

i was a master rifleman/master fencer/ master brawler for awhile...sue i could pwn the high end stuff all by my lonesome...butdamn if that didnt getlonely and boring

Gives me a lot more status defense totals.

I respect the amount of effort that went into making that post, good job.

Well said.I frankly like to see the docs use up their mind pool to heal states... continually... over and over again.. Their constant healing can be an effective way of defeating them. Remember that UH3 also causes bleeding, which they proceed to heal as soon as they see it. Anticipate what they will do in reaction to your attack and counter it. It is amazing how some people just settle for their "trusty" one-two punch (a.k.a. dizzy/kd) and never step outside the box.

Awesome. I am TKMand have been wanting to try PVP more lately.

You know what I like? Not the fighting strategy advice nearly so much as the fighting attitude advice. If people were more gracious in this game, I would like it a 1000 times more. I wouldn't mind being defeated, or even DBed, if what followed it was a "Good fight" and maybe a small conversation. It's a game, kids. What do you think you're proving, and who do you think is impressed?

And, man, have I come to hate the uber l33t slang...

Thank you Griffin. Very well done, very informative. For those of us that dont know all the in's and out's of it all, thank you for posting this awesome guide. I have 2 more blocks for TKM and I am enjoying it very much. I mastered commando a long time ago and this is not only a refreshing change and loads of fun, but I think it will be a nice addition to my skills.
