The person who posted that picture was laughing in his server forum about this hoax, yeah it's fake.

It's a fake.
1) The range modifyers and ham costs are that of a stock crafted lightweight VK.
2) There is a small mis-alignment if the (exceptional) at the top.

3) TK is overpowered, and the DEV's don't give Exceptional High Damage Weapons out to out of ballance professions now do they?
