doubtfall.......i'm also master weaponsmith, and that would be about 350% on damage, so not unless an absolutly top notch vibro blade motor was looted...

If my memory serves we have had that pic up before & we agreed it was deffinatly faked.
I would be very suprised to see a VK with that higher damage. But the stats on that seem too good, not just the max damage but the fact all it's stats are very high (speed, Range Mods, even the HAM), from most exceptionals I've seen one (sometimes maybe two) stats are good & then the others would be around average if not a bit poor.

the min and the max damage are too close to eachother on the pic, i think its a fake
oh and the ham costs are strange for an exceptional weapon but quite normal for a crafted one, aswell as the range mods

In my oppinion, it has to be fake, if it were real, the owner would be able to take out a Giant Dune Kimo within seconds, and PvP woulden't be a problem. i highly highly doubt that they would allow such a VK in-game, and in the Hands of a Master TK, nothing would live more than a few moments.

highest stats on an exeptional i knew of were min300 max600 and with mind poison.

i think this is fake but they would allow weapons like this in the hands of anyone, we have a few exceptional rifles on the ahazi server, some pikes, dots, batons all that can go overt1k dmg. someone even has a 3kdmg t21 and a 1500action fire pistol 900mind poisen pistols. 1k dmg stun batons. hopefully the combat upgrade will balance things out whenever that comes.
