I don't understand why we can't have something like this crafted.

i have gotten 2 DoT VK's i looted them off of marks on level 32 Bh missions they do mind poison and health poison there good DoTS just bad Vk's

I know you all have never seen me before but, I want to know how KingSnake777 got the "The Politician" Title. Thanks, and pleaseforgive me for hijacking this thread.
