get a DOT stone knife off a janta or soemthing, DOT her, burn her, feign death, and sit forever, occasionally getting up when the DOT wears off to reapply it.

Can you change your medic template to x-x-4-x so that you may use Stim D? The only other thing I can think of is, what armour are you wearing? Simply helm/chest/boots 80% compo should do the trick really...
Try gloves too. I've noticed a difference with gloves on compared to not wearing golves. This may help. Also make sure your armor isn't busted. Other than that I can't think of anything.
Good Luck.

As an elder loses ham, its resists get lower. If you get a rifleman to start it off for you, TKMs can do uite a bit of damage to an elder.

I cant for the life of me figure out how you guys are soloing elders or dragons. I have seen the guides and followed them to the letter, even improvising if I need to. I am a master swords and master doc and I keep getting my ass handed to me on a ongoing basis. I have gotten pretty far beating up elders but it seems to take forever and the longer it takes the better chance of getting whacked by some insta death special. I am speed capped and I know my 800 dam hammer isnt the best but it seems that im the only person having this problem. Can anyone shed some light on this for me....what am I doing wrong.
thanks

I am using some full 80% kinetic composite with a full buff including mind with 2 shots of brandy and some canape if needed. I would assume by your response im missing something.

How are you dying? What seems to get you killed faster? For me, it is always Dizzy/KD plus the Bleeds.

Check to make sure that you have some stun protection on that armor, even the smallest % can make a huge difference.
Get your stats migrated if you have not had that done yet.
Trim that 9 piece suit down to the 4 essential ones; head, boots, chestplate and helmet. All sliced too.
Get some food or tapes that give defense vs. bleeds, dizzy.
Those are just a few that I can think of atm

Simple:
Intim
Beat mob in the head a lot.
Cure a state.
Beat mob in the head a lot more.
Cure a bleed if it's an Elder.
Beat mob in the head a lot.
Cure a state.
Rinse and repeat.
Sounds like you've got the gear and the skills, I'm thinking you just need some practice to get your 'rhythm' down a little bit better.
(Edit: And you've got a great hammer, most of mine are around 690 or so max dmg, so it's definately not that.)

I thought all armor, like gloves were needed. If they aren't needed, why do I take damage to them? The head is listed twice...

Read my Swords/Doc macro guide here:
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=swordsman&message.id=57400#M57400
Setup all the macros i list in your toolbars, and familiarise yourself with their locations. Once you get used to reacting quickly with your hotkeys, and follow everything in here, you'll be soloing elders fine.
P.S You are using Center of Being aren't you?
