It's as simple as this:
As a TKA you get TK Innate Armour (lets call it TIA). Think of this as your skin & it been armour. This is always active, no matter what.
The second you equip any armour, the TIA stops working. As soon as you take the armour off TIA works again. Armour is the only thing that stops TIA from working.
Flatlined, I might add that the devs were well aware that TKA might pick up other proffesions for armour, I would expect there to be down sides to our TIA as well as upsides.

You think its ok that because I choose to be a TKM I wont be able to use my other combat skills. Cause you wont be able to post CU.
Anyone who has TKM/what ever combat prof dosnt soley use TKM, they switch often. If things remain the same once you start a fight you will not be able switch, which a huge waste of skill points.
My only response to you at this point is that you are absolutely, completely, misunderstanding the CU. Reread the information, play a little on TC5, and come back here when you can comprehend what has changed and what is changing. You can still switch weapons in a fight, you can use any and all combat skills you acquire in a fight, and if you have TK in your template you can choose whether to wear armor or not in a fight.

Sorry I am very skeptical about things I love. TK is why I play this game. I understand exactly what CU is about and how it works. I have been testing things out on TC. I understand that mankind has been adematly refuting what I have been saying. But some people who's opinions matter deply to me, on this board, in CU, ect have givin me different impresstions. I will most likly remain skeptical, vocal and somewhat irrational.

From those who have been testing we know what you have been saying to be false. It is not a problem to be skeptical, but it is a problem when you spread misinformation. If it continues be prepared to be reported for trolling (just to give you a heads up). If you want to debate why you think it will not happen a certain way start a new thread and keep it there, otherwise it only serves to confuse others.

When I listed both A and B options. You disagreed that it was stupid that these were the options. However mankind has said that option A is what is going to be in the CU at least as of now. It pretty much adds to the confusion to have two people who's opinions matter the most of the boards be somewhat conflicting.

Option A:
The idea you list is correct, but you say it is a stupid option. My argument was that it was not a stupid option, but merely a little more logical. i was not disagreeing with what you said as the effect. Does that help clarify?
A. The make all our inate defense work as long as we are not wearing armor no matter what weapon we have equiped. That means we'll be able to runa round with awesome defense usimg commando weapon, rifles, swords ect. This would make TKM/damage dealing professtions FOTM

Yes that helps clarify ,sorry Im getting lost in all the opinions being thrown around.
All though option A is prefered I see many problems with it, but I'll just keep quiet and let other people figure it out.

Discussing the problems is more than acceptable, it just seems as though some of the information you have presented is incorrect. Lets start here, in this thread, and see where it goes

No, there is not any armor to actually put on in this instance, thus making it have no encumbrance.
