I do not have hard numbers, but I have not noticed any difference between using my TKA skills or holding a gun.

I am working on TKA and my marksman. I decided to drop all armor when doing either because I go down like a sack of spuds when wearing armor. My survivalbity seems to be much greater without it in general, gun or no gun.
