I was actually goin for the arrogant piece of *edit* that was a pikeman who got in one knockdown move then cancelled the duel. If you are gonna fight, then fight I say. This was before things got hot and heavy...once all hell broke loose I was goin after him and the BH who jumped me in Moenia in the Cantina.

I just got powerboost and it DID work for me. You cant see the results of it on your ham however if you hit CTRL-C and do it, you should be able to see it adding to your Health bar.
My health went from 2900 to near 3400

Same here... I'm pretty sure PBworked at first, right after the CU went live,but since the rollback on Bloodfin I have yet toget it to work for me...
Even for meditate I have to sit down first then activate the skill for it to work.

I am being told that it will not longer allow your health to go above 3000.

oh great so for characters that allready have 3000 health powerboostis yet another totally useless teras kasi skill
and It's saying something for our profession when a move from the brawler tree far out damages anything in the tka tree
not to mention our weapons are pointless , why bother with them when you do 2/3rd's more damage with your bare fists

After restart this morning it stopped working. It has nothing to do with what level your HAM is at....Its broken

Same happened for me.
Yesterday it worked -- I went up to 3500 health.
Today, nope -- I had the same experience you did.

how did you do it ?
i meditate then hit PB.
timer gets full then nothing happens
no visual change in health bar, no stats change in healt (im 3000 i stay 3000)
no change in ctrl+c screen
no buff icons or whatever
if you have a trick to get PB work pls share it with us

I have a feeling the effect it is suposed to have has changed (judging by how it now has a warm up & a cool down) so I'll look in to this & post info when I know.

I think I know what powerboost does now.
It seemed to me when my health was low and I went into meditation and used powerboost my health did seem to regenerate faster.
So, I just have a hunch that the new ability for powerboost is faster regeneration of at least health and maybe even action too when in combat.
Also if you try to do it right away again it won't work but if you wait a minute or two it will.
I sure wish that they would put changes like this into the patch notes... Then I wouldn't have to keep scouring the forum for answers to questions like Why can't I meditate.
