Programmer working on it is a heck of a nice guy too. Very responsive and open to suggestions.

Apparently not, as there are nearly 20,000 posts in this forum, many of them suggestions, and the only positive change to this class since launch are the recent changes to base power which simply put things back to where they were before being intentionally reduced. The class is still very much worse off than it even was at launch.

Most of the changes or "nerfs" they have done lately were done without much input from the correspondents.

However, I've seen andhave hadinput on some of the upcoming changes. Specifically to the Meditate branch.

I can't say much but, I will say that I think they are very positive and fair changes. Personally, im very excited about it.

The only thing we need is some patience as I don't know when these changes will take place.

I'm not concerned about what changes have been done with our without your input. Nor am concerned with what you think is fair or positive. You are here to funnel our concerns, not create your own. So keep creating your top five lists and sending them over verbatim.

What concerns am I creating?

All Im doing is takingour top concerns before the developers and discussing with them why its broke or how it can be fixed.

If you feel im doing too much to help TKA and want me to just submit a list each week, I can do that. But submitting a list without explanation or discussion is a step back, not forward from where we are now.

I realize this is a little late in the discussion, but I've always hoped that Meditation would, as it increased in skill, allow us to heal our damage and wounds faster. Then again I thought power boost, just boosted our Strength, or other criteria for damage.

But after reading what the combat designer stated in the dev tracker Holo posted, I must say that I'm very happy with the upcomming changes. We really need more defense. I feel that at my current level 0-1-4-2 I'm doing a fair amount of damage, but I'm taking too much in return. I really hope for changes regarding the defense of TK's being increased. Whether through active or inactive means.

Wulf-

Why is it such a big secret? I think you owe it to the community to tell us what has been fixed/changed even if its peliminary and may be slighty different what it is released. Also if you have any inkling when the fixes will be implimented. I am very curious to see what you have been told.

Trust me, I wish I could tell you more, but they've asked us not too. Every correspondent is under the same restriction. We are all dying to share more info with you.

But they want to control what information gets released, as is their right. Most of it is just discussion with nothing implemented yet. It wouldn't be fair to get people's hopes up with something, only to have it not happen.

Another reason I think is efficiency. It's much easier making decisions with just a few people, then having thousands of people with different ideas.

So if you can just trust that im trying to make things better for TKA, not worse. If there was something that I didn't think you all would like, I wouldn't support it.

"go up the meditation line last since it has really no use outside of meditation 4."

I disagree meditation skills are useful. There are a good deal of combat medics in pvp now a days and disease is a real pain. Disease can drop all 3 ham bars to 1 max if you don't have some way to remove it. Mind poisons last for 35 minutes sometimes, I am very thankful that I don't get incapped over and over as a tka and that I can remove these effects.

I will agree that power boost is kind of useless though in its current state.

Man, Thunderwulf don't even bother responding to this clown. It just drags you down to the level that this guy is writing on. I really don't care if he has any valid points - so far I see none, but he's being such and **edit** that its not even worth my time to worry about it. It's not worth your time either. You don't need to defend yourself. Just don't even bother reponding. The coolest thing you could do is to just ingore it, and never even respond to him again.

The addition of your #6 "pet issue" to the second TK report for example. As far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong), this now over one month old list was the last consolidated list of player concerns that has been submitted. Any concerns submitted by you since then, even if compiled by your own passing glances through threads, would be your own.

Furthermore, not all issues in that thread have even been addressed. Issues 1, 3, and 4 are still outstanding, although it appears 4 is being addressed. These issues need to be relentlessly evangelized until they are resolved to our satisfaction.

Discussion of what? Our month old issues, or newer ones that we were never queried on?

If the information is shared to the players with a clear expectation level set, then anyone who gets his hopes up only to be disappointed has only himself to blame.

It definitely is easier to make decisions with input from fewer people. It's called ivory tower syndrome.

Without our input, you aren't speaking for us and shouldn't be deciding for us. Any significant ideas pitched by the developers should be cleared by this forum prior to any endorsement on your part.

wow, you're a real dikc. Give the guy some credit the changes made so far are great and i think he has done a phenomenal job.

you forget that you can't meditate while you have a status effect(dizzy, stun, intimidate, etc etc). that's why i think it's useless outside of meditation 4.

Good lord...This vortex tool needs to just be removed from life all together...How **edit**ing negative can you get?? Even if he submitted a list of ALL ideas he thought would be good and came up on his own, and they got implemented, at least SOMETHING is happening. I'm sorry you don't **edit** gold bricks vortex, but life isn't always what you want.
