Just thought I'd throw my 2creds in here & say that it's not possible as a TKM now as far as I know.
However this might intrest you (& maybe explain a bit of why some TKs claim they have done it in the past) back in Feb. of 2k4 there was an Armour hole that aprently made it possible, basicly you would do the damage if the target was KD.
This thread was posted on the FarStar boards back then, wether or not it was true they did it or not I don't know, however they claim they did & a few people agreed it should be possible with the Armour hole that was there at the time.

Nooo.... You see the bit were it says 100% kinetic resist? that means it resists 100% of kinetic attacks..... That wasnt so hard to understand now, was it?

Last time I cheack VK's have a AP of 1 which means the yes you still do some damage...

Aside from the fact that resistance doesnt nullify damage.. it reduces it. Anyway.. I'm not gonna continue to argue with people who are wrong. I'll simply end with this.. I've done it. I've got a screenshot that proves I've done it. Other people can do it if they know how to use their profession. If you dont believe its possible, or if you believe my screenshot is fake or in some way false, or if you cannot do it yourself, then you do not realize the full potential of your profession, or if you do, you choose not to utilize the full potential of your profession while hunting Nightsister Elders. You are still entitled to your full rights to be skeptical or disagree, and I respect your choice to do so. But it doesnt make you any less wrong.

Last time I cheack VK's have a AP of 1 which means the yes you still do some damage...
If a target has 100% then it can't be harmed, regardless of AP.

Also not true. Take a Master rifleman and go find a NS protector. If you shoot it enough in the head with a T21, you can see its mind going down little by little.

So this one time I was out clearing the NS Cave and I had done everything but the Elder... So thinking maybe I'd give it a try I attacked her (i'm TKM/Master Fencer/Master Brawler/0040Pikeman/0040Medic) and she whipped out a wood staff..hahahaa.. she was doing almost no damage to me at all.. it was awesome... So I grabbed a couple of my health dot pikes and gaderiffi batons/rykk blades and started stacking them and just letting them work and warcrying whenever I needed to heal... after an hour an a half I finally reached the point where I could attack her with TKM and actually do some damage.... took me about another 20 minutes or so to finish her... and you know what I got out of it? 4k credits and a pair of shoes. BUT I did solo a NS Elder lol.

p.s. the next day I went back hoping that she'd have a wood staff again.... nuh uh she had that dam stun baton and she 3 hit me.

You didn't solo her with TKM so the point is null.
Also for those wonderng it is possible, if you apply a bleed by spamming unarmed hit 3. Would take a good hour or two to get her down to the point where you can hit her with normal attacks and damage her though because of resists going down with damage.

I did it. You ask how? Poison, then at the end throw some grenades. A bit of cheating but it still works.

Actually this is totally possible.
You just have to be a Master Swordsman as well.

hmmmm.... you could totally do it if you had some DOT vk's... like a nasty mind poison or something... that would be soloing it with only TKM.

the best dot VK I've ever saw had a mind poison of 240 (roughly) that would still take a good hour or two of reapplying that poison.
