no, you literally can't do any damage to them. we don't even have a bleed attack

I actually tried this, using smuggler feign death whenever I needed a break. I took carefull notes from my combat spam, logged and averaged, and devided the 300k HAMs by the average dpm after 30 min... and realized it would take over 4 hours.
I also tried to calculate just how many powerups I'd need. After filling on paper my inventory, backpack, and all 10 slots in all droids with powerups (out of crates, of course, as pulling from crates during combat isnt possible), I stoped far short of what I needed.

Considering a Nightsister Elder has 100% kinetic resist I dont see how this is possible, assuming you used TKA of course,unless it was already damaged (under 50% or so HAM left the resists start falling).

As everyone else has noted, the answer is NO. Need to have some other combat prof to take on the elders.

Even at 100%, you still do a little dmg... Though I must admit I usually lay down and hit her with a few healthbleeds at first to get her angry enough to try and get me alone, so it is possible that that small hit on her health lowered her knietic to 99.999 or something.

What in the worldare you talking about? if it has 100% resists you don't hurt it and a NPC's armor with not ever degrade do to damage, honestly you guys need to read your posts before posting then

I think there's some truth to his post. When I was a Teras Kasi Master, and was fighting something with 100% kinetic, every one out of ten hits or so would cause a little bit of damage.

sometimes, depending on the wound chance of your VK, you get a small bleed off your normal attacks. That is the only conceivable damage he could be talking about, and that damage is quite insignificant

Actually.. While this isnt technically solo'ing, its damn close. So let me prove all of you wrong really fast. It IS possible, it IS however difficult, and it IS very time consuming. This is a screenshot of V'alin and I on Kettemoor server both with TKM / Master Brawler tanking a NS Elder. Not only as TKMs, but without armor. We are the only ones attacking this Elder. And for those skeptics out there who think this was before the MOB upgrade of HAM and armor, that is incorrect, this was after that, before they nerfed their force powers, and when they still had weapons. It IS possible, you just have to know how to use your profession, mostly in this case, to survive.

Ok so i have a question then.... occasionally when i'm spamming unarmed hit 3... it'll cause a bleed. And there's no dot on the vk...
so my question is why? I didn't think we had a bleed attack.

don't insult our intelligence here ok? They have 100% kinetic resists. your very own screenshot shows you doing zero damage. You didn't prove anyone wrong, because you have no proof.

I'll have to go back up and try it again. I swear I was doing damage, but it could have merely been my initial pistol healthshot bleed that did all the work.
