i played my master tka untill the nerf, tested regen rate as master, it was a tiny but faster. i checked by looking at the actual numbers regen while med and not med. but this was before game was trashed

Yes, you folks are correct:

1) Meditate doesnot/will not/has nevereffected HAM regeneration speed.

2) They seem to have nerfed HAM regeneration period on patch day.
