Cause mine is taking a VERY long time, 20 minutes to get my stats back up, and I have less that 10 BF? What gives?

If you didn't read about this yet, they have decreased the general regan rate of our characters. If you are at a low meditate level it will not help much anyway, but the addition of a slower regan rate for PC's makes this even worse for people who have spent the time to get higher level meditation.

wow, so thats the Deathblow for us huh. I have med III and I regen just as fast as the novice marksman sitting next to me in camp.

You are mistaken about something.

We have never had a regen bonus for meditating. It doesn't matter if you are a novice or a master, you will regen at the same rate as a weaponsmith.

Maybe it was just me but I swore I could see a difference in the speed I was healing (outside of a camp and inside of one) while meditating, in addition to it helping heal minor wounds. That is the idea of meditate, to heal wounds over time without the aid of an entertainer, or so that was the original intent anyway, which flew out the door a long time ago. They did say that our rate of HAM point recovery would be reduced in this patch and it has never been more evident to me that they have done something to reduce our regan rate.

for me its a noticable difference, I used to be able to heal my entire mind from incap in 7 minutes, now it takes 28 minutes.

oh for heavens sake, they even nerfed meditate????

what is with the world, why does everyone hate us so much yalls??

big deal we do a little more normal damage. big freakin woop, this in no way makes up for the insance HAM costs weve been forced to swallow (if we choose to play )

so let me get this strait...weve been forced to be a bar brawler again instead of a skilled martial artists.. *sigh* /cry...

im going to bed, this is depressing

I dont think they nerfed meditation. It never helped regen damage. Not at any lvl. I had 25% black in my ham today from a death. I started to meditate and went and got a drink. I was full health by the time I got back. I was not gone for that long. It still did 25 to 30 or so wound heal every couple of seconds. But like I said it never ever has helped with damage healing.

I'm thinking it did not improve regen either... I've never seen a difference in the rate, anyway. Now I do LOVE my "go-go-gadget wound healer" (as jynire so eloquently put it), however!

Whoever said we don't have a bonus to regenerating HAM points is absolutely correct. We don't, we never did. Meditation carries the same regenerative bonus as sitting. As far as I can tell, meditate has not been nerfed at all. The only issue with it is that it doesn't appear to have any effecy until level 4, where as I believe it was clearly designed to be incremental.

As far as I can tell, the dev's stealth nerfed HAM regen across the board. Others in other boards have seen and commented on this as well.As for meditate, it doesn't help with HAM regen, only bleeding, disease, and wounds (at tier 4 and master).

I noticed that as well, Istico. The first 3 levels of the Meditation branch didn't seem to have a stacking effect so far as wound healing was concerned....

You also forgot to mention this

You *must* have MASTER meditate to heal wounds. You will get a message on your screen when meditate heals them.

Example

[meditation] Your Health wounds have been healed by 10 points.

That's the message you get when meditation heals wounds. And they *only* heal wounds when you have MASTER meditate.
And it heals pretty fast. I had 400 health wounds just today and I healed them in about one minute.
