the old skill screen was wrong if you remember if you looked at control + h where it described what the state did there were a few bugged ones i think stun was written up wrong
the damage reduction of 6% was a test that was done

stack dizzy/stun and intim on an opponent, have cob running and laugh your arse off at their damage to you ![]()
Thats taking into account your a pikeman/tkm like me though for the intim and stun ![]()

It has been stated in many places and by devs:
Dizzy - Greatly reduces defense, and slightly reduces accuracy.
Blind - Great reduces accuracy and slightly reduces defense.
Due to the varied damage output you do in combat, I think it would be extremely difficult for anyone to prove damage reduction of 6% anyway.

the damage calculation is based (beside CL) on accuracy vs. defenses. so if u reduce the attackers accuracy u reduce the damage. if u reduce the defenders defenses u increase the damage.
i use this with my pistoleer specials - warning shot reduces defenses by 80 - this will result in an inreased damage of around 10% on CL80 opponents, stun/dizzy/blind reduces accuracy which results in a decreased damage output.
btw thats the reason why the damage goes down when u use CoB (defense +500).

Well of course if you reduce the attackers accuracy you reduce the damage, but you can't possible assign a percentage to that.
Let me rephrase then.....Dizzy does not directly cause a reduction in damage. By lowering the enemies accuracy, you may recieve less hits and thus less damage...although this will be random.
