I know in the old system dizzy was a very important state to use in combo with a knockdown..
but now you can stand right up from a KD if your dizzy or not..
sooo..
What does Dizzy do now? anything?

According to fan fest its supposed to lower defense greatly. At the moment it doesnt a fix is supposedly on its way along with fixing stun and blind.

We have stun and blind? i didnt see this at all in the combat moves..

Ah great so all the time I waste trying to apply a dizzy to something isn't doing any good...
Well, that fits with my observation, which is that I couldn't tell any difference.

That depends on your perspective I guess. If you're in a tough fight, reducing damage by 6% a couple times during the fight could mean the difference between being incapped or not. That reduction can add up.
That said I'd like to see the reduction increased a bit and/or perhaps making it so their accuracy is also reduced. I think Dizzy does have another effect other than the damage reduction. Although I haven't really looked at it in depth, it seems to either reduce their accuracy or slow their attack rate, but I may just be imagining that.

hmm I saw the new changes for these states and it seems like STUN will be extremely over powered, stop action regen? Especially if stuck at the right time, its basicly a warcry that isn't broken by dmg, with out action we are useless EVERY attack uses it. Unless the timer is long and the duration short it will become a kill button.

ya but we have a little button called |name| Recovery to remove it

try using bind from the last branch in fencer, it slows down action regen and no recovery button
