What about TKM, Master pistoleer, the dirty fighting line of smuggler, exploration 3 and the rest in medic?

I don't understand why people think commando and tka go together. They are both close range professions except for heavy support weapons. Heavy support weapons would be your only ranged option and they are not accurate at all. They also cost an arm and a leg to buy too most of the time.

Oh and the dps comment about commandos is false. Commandos have probably the lowest dps of any of the ranged professions. IF you use a good heavy support weapon without aiming (good luck hitting ANYTHING without aiming because at heavy support 3 using a heavy particle beam cannon i miss often even while aiming at 45m)you might be able to keep up with the other professions... IF you hit every time, a very unlikely thing. The flame thrower specials also have extremely low dps, but the damage is front loaded and there is a dot.

Just as an example:

Eyeshot dps : Low end 200 dps. High end maybe 350 dps.

Rifleman dps: prenerf t21 ~1000 dps

Flamesingle2: lF you hit for a 8k damage hit before pvp reductions (possible, but unlikey) and it takes you 7 seconds to fire (that is fast for us), you would have 286 dps. This is all extremely high end though.

That is against targets with no armor in pvp.
