with all the mindfood out there hamcost is a non issue...I always wear VK, unless I'm dealing with lower level mobe (no armor rating)..but that's only to spare my VK's a bit


no vk = 250 min 250 max damage ap0

w/ 37-146 vk= min 287 max396 ap1

HELL of a diffrence imo

I have started using my VK all the time I am using my TK skills. Before I wasn't cuzz of the ham cost. But I have all my mind stats maxed, and with Musician buffs, I use like 1 pt per special. So I regain it with out issues. If for some reason i have no mind buff, I usually take it off. I do more damage with it.
