I use them all, but generally /unaredHit2. I use intimidate, blind, spin2, combo2, leghit, bodyhit, berzerk, and warcry. It all depends on the mobs I'm fighting.

Vs a rancor: kd, warcry, blind, intimidate, UH2.

Vs baz nitches: berzerk.

If I'm fighting an NPC and they are getting low on health or action, then I'll use the precision hits. You really shouldn't, IMO, stick to just one move. UH2 is awesome if a mob is on the ground. I hit for over 2k damage to things that are on their back. But hey, that's just my gaming style.
