As I level up the Teräs Käsi Master Tree I am gearing towards 0/1/4/1 As I level I am noticing that the preciosn striking abilities are not that great, as a matter of fact I cant see why anyone would use Body Hit or Leg Hit when Unarmed 2 seems more efficient and costs Less HAM to use. Did anybody actually use those new combat abilities in the Precision Striking Tree?

If the mob is low on either health or action, then I'll spam Body/Leg hit untill dead. But other than that, no.

It's nice to be wanted, even if it is 'Dead or Alive'

It really depends on what their HAM is like. UAH2 is good to start off with and see if you single out one HAM bar. If you are hitting the health bar stick w/ UAH2, if action then leg hit, and mind stay w/ mind. Body shot seems to do less damage for me than a normal non-special attack. I hit for 5-600 on a normal hit (i'm 4,2,4,4) but with body shot i tend to hit upper 300-400 which is rather dissapointing. I also do use UAH1 some as the HAM cost is pretty low so I can spam it a lot and hit for 1000 at the same speed as a normal attack. The debuffs are good too especially dizzy and stun. I would do blind more except for at this level they miss a lot anyway and I tend to waste 2 or 3 hits getting it to stick so I don't bother. Don't forget about intimidate and warcry also. A combo that I like is intimidate, dizzy, KD, warcry, UAH2, UAH2,... That tends to keep even very high level stuff down for a while and almost guarantees a victory 1v1. I'm sure this is more info than you wanted but I just kept on typing heh

I use the pool specific hits as described above, the rest of the specials I use alot. Built a macro the runs most of them together, looks very cool when lag doesn't kill the animations

I use combo 2 when they are low on a particular pool, and spin attack 2 if there are a lot of little guys. Other than that I only use them when I'm bored and want to watch some different animations.

Anyone here use Mind hit in PvP?

I haven't pvped at all but I imagine there's not much of a reason to use it once your opponent is laying on his back. And really, that's probably the state of most tka targets in pvp. Since if they're not posture changed, they're probably running away. If they're smart.

Mind hit in pvp is invaluable.

When dealing with uberbuffed, fully composite wearing customers it's best to do a knockdown+dizzy, then just whittle away with mind hit. All too often I've had people heal they're hams on me, just so I had to spend another 5 - 10 secs pounding them into the dirt. And once they get up... flames, eyeshot, etc... you'll probably die otherwise..

But now they're minds is another matter. Most don't buff they're mind, those on muon may be a little tough though.

Precision striking isn't all that great.... but in those moments where one ham is lower than the others, and you know unarmedhit will be all over hte place.. hell sometimes its just safer to spam a special you know will kill them in x number of hits.. as opposed to the randomness of unarmedhit.
