Damn my lack of an edit button! lol i need to post more anyhoo...

Ive also heard about VK's with DOT's on em just wondering where i could find one and how powerfull they are etc.

Also are there any other cool looted vk's or loot that would help enhance my tera kasi. Im at a point where i have my template sorted so i have to look for other ways to improve my character. Some details would be great. Thanks in advance.

I've heard of looted VKs from some Rancors and Nightsisters, but the actual chance of looting one is extremely rare from what I understand.

Ok, got the special moves in, but unfortunately there is no way to preserve the table format of the website version. I'll see if I can't get a linked version of this up as well over the next few days.

Can you just set the font to Courier New for the table? It's a fixed-width font. I've also been heavily testing these moves and disagree with some information in the FAQ. I can't test the Speed (no one can save a few of the lower end moves before you shatter the speed cap) but the DMGx is very easy to test. Below is a table of all the moves, tested fresh this morning, under these conditions:

Master Doctor/Master TKA (me) with Health 750(400/400), Action 750(400/400), Mind 1100(600/600). Using bare fists with no buffs, food, drink, spice, wounds, or battle fatigue. I pounded on a Master Doctor/Pistoleer (0041) wearing full 68% ubese (every slot is 68%) with the same HAM pool, buffed +2175 to Hea/Con/Act/Sta (so she didn't die). The highest hit achieved with NormalHit was 101 with my bare fists over a one minute slugging match (that's 60 swings) and I used that for the basis of all the damage mods. It was quickly apparent how much damage each move did, such as Blind1 not having a x1.5 modifier. I threw out the knockdown hits of course and this data was easily reproduced by a fellow TKM. I included the Speed delays from the FAQ, as I couldn't tell you if they are accurate or not. The HAM costs differ so drastically from the FAQ, and are so easy to check, that I assume there is an error in my method. I push Hit1 and check how much the drain is. The off-color number is the average of the drain to all three pools. This checked out with my VK (that it was the average) using Hit1. I'm hypothesizing that if I migrate my Focus down to 400 (I'll go up to 800 Willpower for a couple days to test this) then I will have the same drain across the board. I think the average of two "high" health and action drains combined with a comparatively "low" mind drain is throwing the number off so it looks much higher.

My VK is 39/54/39 drain. If I use Hit1 it drains 44. That's (39+55+39)/3, on the button. If I use Hit3 it drains 208. 208/44 = 4.73. That's how I reached the HAM mods I have right now. Until my migration finishes in 33 hours I can't really test it any further. Hopefully having Str/Qui/Foc all at 400 will unskew the HAM drains some. When I'm fully buffed, I only see the Mind drain--I speculate that's because my Str/Qui are both 2575 then, and experience no visible drain then, while my Foc is still chugging away at 1400 (400 brandy x2) and experiences some drain.

EDIT -- Solved my own problem there. With Str/Con 2575 and Foc 600, I only see the Mind drain, removing the averaging problem. Doesn't matter, I got the same numbers across the board. Then I drank some brandy and tried it again, and got the same HAMx again. Even tried all the moves with and without my VK equipped.

SpecialMove DMGx DLYx HAMx Dx/Hx

NormalHit 1.0 1.0 ----

Blind1 1.0 2.0 1.5 0.67

BodyHit1 1.5 2.0 3.2 0.47

Combo12.5 2.02.6 0.96

Combo2 ??? 4.03.7 ????

Dizzy1 2.0 2.0 2.01.00

HeadHit1 1.5 2.03.7 0.41

Hit1 2.0 1.5 1.0 2.00

Hit2 3.0 2.5 2.0 1.50

Hit3 4.0 3.0 4.8 0.85

Knockdown1 2.0 1.0 2.6 0.77

Knockdown2 3.0 1.5 4.3 0.68

LegHit1 1.5 2.0 3.2 0.47

Lunge1 1.0 1.5 1.5 0.67

SpinAttack1 1.5 2.0 1.5 1.00

SpinAttack22.0 3.0 3.7 0.53

Stun1 2.0 2.0 1.5 1.33

I have utmost confidence these values are dead-on for the DMGx and within 0.1 for the HAMx. My conclusion then, is that if you want the greatest rate of damage output (damage per second) then use your highest DMGx for the situation. (Hit3 for PvE, HeadHit1 for PvP, usually.) If you are getting low on HAM and need to conserve your pools, either stop doing specials (duh) or drop to your most efficient move (damage per HAM) which is Hit1 by a long shot. It will take twice as long to do the same damage to the target, but you will burn up 140% more HAM with Hit3.

Well then use the table I just posted. It's Courier New, and I guess I just pushed spacebar 3 times between columns... /shrug

I've been away for months (since just after the first badge) and have only returned this week. The rust has been thicker than I could have imagined, but this has proven to be a tremendous resource, refreshing my memory and providing new insights. Thank you for all the hard work.

And you can put spaces/formatting anywhere you please after such an effort.

you forgot unarmed combo 1 and two

the registering of combat log for unarmed combo 2 is broke yes but unarmed combo 2 is a essential move in pvp for those who dont know this move has almost a 100 % chance of hitting so if you up against a unbuffed fencer then ive found this move to be highly effective even with them having good armour the speed in which u can take them down is very good need to do some testing with unarmed combo 1 as im not entirely sure if its the same but with just less damage. quick not this move will mainly hit health and action will occasionally hit mind.
