Dont duel a master commando then.

IN pvp, if a commando goes after that 1 shot kill, the only way hes going to get it is with a special like flame single 2. The default attack isnt powerful enough. And he had better be a master commando, because a novice cant do a 1 shot kill, even with a special.

But what do you do after that? While you are sitting there, for 15 seconds unable to attack anything at all? NOt even the default attack works. YOur dead, toast, sianara! Commandos cannot rely on their specials in pvp like everyone else can, if they do, they die. The only time a commando gets to use a special, is when they outnumber their opponents and have their team to watch their back. So the specials are pretty much useless and are more of a "perk" you get to play with every once in a while. The default attack of the guns puts out approximately the same damage per sec as any other ranged class is capable of when they use their specials, so that pretty much evens us out with everyone else. We may be a little stronger due to our ability to throw that hard hitting special in near the end but.............................

Professions that require very little prerequisites like pistoleer, rifleman, carbineer, etc, are not and will never be as powerful as a hybrid profession like a bounty hunter or a commando, get used to it. Its a bonus for going through the extra work to achieve a more difficult, yet rewarding profession.
